1. General terms

By accessing and using the Website, the user of the Website (hereafter the “User”) fully and unconditionally agrees to be legally bound by these Terms, which constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between us and the User with respect to the access to the Website. The Euro-Graph privacy policy set out on the website (“Privacy Policy”) forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in in parallel to them.  Any condition or restriction set out in the Privacy Policy is deemed to be part of the Terms.

Euro-Graph reserves the right to modify and update these Terms at all times and without prior notification. Euro-Graph recommends to consult the Terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any such changes. Euro-Graph will inform you by means of a notice on this Website prior to the change becoming effective. Access to the Members Only Area of the Website is restricted to Euro-Graph members and therefore cannot be accessed by any other Users to the Website. Access shall be conditional to obtaining a username and password from Euro-Graph.

The username and password are strictly personal and confidential. The member is responsible for the use of the password and for all its activities on or through the Members Only Area.

Euro-Graph processes personal data related to access to Members Only Area in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). 5. Continuity of the service

Euro-Graph ensures, to the extent possible, that the Website remains accessible for a normal number of Users.

Euro-Graph is entitled to improve or revise the Website at all times and without prior notification. Euro-Graph may stop (permanently or temporarily) the access to the Website (including the Members Only Area) at any time, without prior notice.

9. Applicable law and Jurisdiction

This Website and these Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute arising in connection therewith shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
